Great service. Greeted promptly and was in and out in the time quoted. A nice car wash and they sent me away cleaner than when I arrived!
Came in for my 10,000 mile check up. Paid for oil change and tire rotation. Told my service advisor April (who was very nice and professional) that I had a very slight tear in my front left tire I was aware of . I got my car back washed and tires even had shine spray on them. Problem was, they didn’t even rotate them! I called and was told the technician didn’t do the rotation bc they were wearing evenly!! That is why you rotate them!! I now need to take time out of my schedule to go back for them to do what they were suppos... read more
