I highly recommend booking Isaiah as you service advisor at the service department. He is very kind, understanding, and empathetic. He listens and makes sure all concerns are addressed. He is the reason why I keep returning to this particular delearship because he makes it effortless.
The customer service was immaculate. LeAnna was very respectful and helpful, she put me in a car the same day because my vehicle was in service. The service manager Daniel was also helpful with my vehicle.
Albert Ramirez is the best in the business!! Took great care of me & completly wiped away any concern I may have had, during the whole process! I couldnt have asked for any better! Highly recommended! Id give him 5+Stars! The whole team there is actaully awsome as well, but I delt with Albert. So I just wanted to give that shout out to him specifically because Ive never had such a worryless & effortless experience (on my end bc he took care of everything) & never had a concern what so ever. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Ainsley in the service department is an absolute nightmare to work with. I can communicate with a brick wall better than her. Full of attitude and horrible customer care.
