We experienced great communication with the service rep, although upon receiving our vehicle back the oil cap was not properly installed after the oil change. The coolant level was not filled two days later we were adding coolant to the vehicle. Also we have a service repair that is needed and was told no dealership loaners were available for 21 days. So we are still waiting
I received first class service from the moment I pull3d in the service drive, clean upscaled waiting area. No extra waiting my vehicle went in to work immediately.
