Absolutely horrible, there was only one worker and she had such a snarky attitude and was extremely rude. Took forever for the line to move,
I went there to deposit some money and the young lady was not friendly at all! No eye contact! She needs to learn how to deal with members and it seems she was bothered I was even there. I was never at a branch, where there was a „private“ loudspeaker and the music so loud!
Friendly service..but tough to get YOUR OWN MONEY...when you need it...they.jerk you around..making excuses They were wiit to take and invest..but run arounds..ti TRY and get it out! When YOUR in DIRE NEED
Went in at SCU Somerworth/Wal-Mart branch to withdraw money and greeted by the rudest Customer Service Rep. I gave her our Joint Checking Account number and she insisted and argued that I gave her my own account number, which I don’t even have a Checking account. Extremely rude individual! Someone needs to teach this individual some customer service manners.
