I went there to deposit some money and the young lady was not friendly at all! No eye contact! She needs to learn how to deal with members and it seems she was bothered I was even there. I was never at a branch, where there was a „private“ loudspeaker and the music so loud!

Went in at SCU Somerworth/Wal-Mart branch to withdraw money and greeted by the rudest Customer Service Rep. I gave her our Joint Checking Account number and she insisted and argued that I gave her my own account number, which I don’t even have a Checking account. Extremely rude individual! Someone needs to teach this individual some customer service manners.

Trash bank never open and change times without warning especially when people work full time. Like can take your money and hold but not be open when u need it junk bank
