Service, what a joke. Their service department is absolutely terrible. We gave them 2 chances, 1st time I had to listen to my service guy throw a fit about how terrible his job was. That was after I had been there for FOUR hours for an oil change. Attempted to go back today, made our appointment with a different service guy. Get there 20 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and I was told to be patient, “it will be a minimum of 3 hours before it’s ready”. An oil change and a couple of computer resets for recalls. Been having my car for over 2 days just to check an engine light now I’m sitting waiting over 45 minutes just to go get my car from the back! We in the middle of a pandemic plenty of people need jobs start hiring more staff if y’all need help

Service department is extremely slow. Takes three hours to get an oil change and no one communicates with you regarding the status of your service. After a certain time has passed, the customer should be made aware of the status so we don’t sit around waiting while numerous customers come and go. Makes us wonder if our service is really being completed or if we’re just waiting around for nothing.
