Our home has been on a Champs membership for over 15 years. My mom’s system was replaced in 2015, ours in 2020 and we used service champions again to replace the system in our rental this year. I am absolutely shocked at how the service has declined over the years. Management level folks are mostly decent and experienced. Service Champions always goes above and beyond my expectations! I’ve had them service my house for over ten years!
Excellent and obviously very experience technicians. Their work on my a/c was very satisfactory. I was less happy about one workers disregard for the clearly explained rules and policies of the condo building in which I live. This accounts for the less then perfect star rating.
