Oh, where do I begin? If you're into ghost stories, skip Netflix and just hire this company—because once they take your money, they vanish. Sold me a fancy MVP membership with promises of prompt follow-up and discounts, only to go full radio silence. Service Champions installed a new ac/furnace system for us a couple years ago. Was replacing a 20+ year old system because my wife has health issues. Wanted piece of mind having a reliable new system. Nothing but trouble since then. The system is down so much that with every extreme temperature shift outside we worry if this new system is going to work or not.
