Carmen is great always very attentive and does everything she can to take care of her customers. Highly recommend her if you need your car serviced.
Had a 7:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change. I was told it would be an hour. After 3 hours I checked in and I was told that the vehicle had then completed for some time. Apparently sitting in the waiting room after I was told I would be advised when it was completed did not happen. My service advisor apologized. I went to pay for the service.
