It is hard to find an appointment. You tell them about the problem with your car and they don't fix it. It is very expensive. I took my Hyundai platinum to the service and it is of no use. I told them there was a recall on my car related to the battery. They ignored me and didn't fix it. Next day battery was so dead the doors wouldn't open. I sent them texts and emails. No response. It's too bad. This is the best car I've had, but when I get a new car next year, I'll go somewhere else.
Took my car to be inspected while our Hyundai was in to have a battery checked (which was also botched but that's a different story). When I came to pick up my car, they had replaced the number plate bulb. Never asked if I wanted it replaced and got charged $45 for it. I scheduled a recall appointment, showed up at 11:00 AM (30 minutes early), and trusted them with my car. Staff took it, confirmed the recall work, and told me to come back at 5:00 PM.
