Brought my car in 4 times for the same issue. The techs never changed their approach or escalated the issue, just continued trying the same flush procedure. They eventually agreed to refund me for the initial service so another dealership could attempt the repairs. Staff was not particularly communicative or helpful.

I went to this dealership fully aware that it would be more expensive than local independent shops, expecting that paying a premium price would guarantee higher-quality service and attention to detail. I had a really bad experience with this place. Had to take my car here because it was shutting down when I was driving. I knew the car was under warranty so I thought it would be sensible to bring it to a Hyundai dealer. David my service person kept telling me that they have to see if it was under warranty and at one point told me to check with the dealer we bought it from about the status of the warranty.
