I had a really bad experience with this place. Had to take my car here because it was shutting down when I was driving. I knew the car was under warranty so I thought it would be sensible to bring it to a Hyundai dealer. David my service person kept telling me that they have to see if it was under warranty and at one point told me to check with the dealer we bought it from about the status of the warranty. I had a positive experience recently having my 2017 Elantra serviced at McGovern Hyundai. They repaired one of my passenger doors, which had stopped opening, as well as doing a through multi-point inspection to highlight other areas that needed attention. They did a great job on the work - high quality and professional, and their prices seem fair and reasonable. Customer service-wise, they were excellent. One of the worst places to take your car for service. The service reps never answers their call, cant even schedule an appointment for service. They are very rude and last time Nick one of the service Reps turned me away saying they dont have any appointments telling me to leave the car at the location and I dont even live in the area. This gesture was very rude so I had to leave without getting my service done.
I got a flat tire and brought my car into this shop. I told them to try to use my existing tire and just patch it up if possible and if that wasn’t possible that I would need a replacement tire. After a day, they claimed it was ready for pick up but when I arrived they didn’t do anything to my car and had left the spare tire on my car!! So now I have to come back again and wait for them to actually do the service I initially asked for.
