I returned to this service center for a recall campaign following their acquisition by McGovern (formerly Mirak). While trust hasn't been completely restored, I want to give credit where it's due for a significantly improved experience under the new management. I dropped the car off in the morning, and they completed both the recall and routine service by 3 PM. I had an excellent experience with McGovern Collision Arlington after my 2023 Hyundai Tucson was rear-ended. I saw some poor reviews on here, but I had a great experience getting my car worked on here. I was able to get a next-day appointment and they did a time-consuming warranty repair in about 24 hours. Davit was responsive over text and they were friendly without being pushy about add-on services. Would recommend coming here for warranty work.
