I got my car maintained here and I bought a really nice used car. A a hybrid, three years ago, gas gas, and kinetic cause I have no place to plug one in. I didn’t know if the infrastructure will really be there for electric. It’s all so political.
I had a disappointing experience at this service center that ultimately affected the performance of my hybrid battery. After a problematic initial visit, I had to return twice more and still faced difficulties getting my concerns addressed, by the manager, Davit Petrosyan. The first technician who worked on my car, Leone, replaced the blend door actuator to fix an AC cooling issue. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse after that. They are some scammers for real. They tried to charge me $700 to replace a worn steering coupling, which takes around an hour - albeit it is a real pain - and the coupling itself costs around $0.20 BUT somehow, in order to diagnose the worn part, they were able to take apart my entire steering column (i.e., the entire process to replace the coupling) for hundreds of dollars less than the $700 they quoted. This was a horrible experience. This shop is crooked. They were replacing my engine due to recall issues. I wasn't available at the time so my father brought my car in. They told him that the rear calipers were frozen as well and needed to be replaced. I had just replaced the rear rotors and break pads. Not only did they replace the calipers, but they also decided my new rear rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced as well.
