Scheduled an appointment for a 16,000 mile service on my car. I dropped my car off for the day planning to pick it up at the end of the day. I got a call saying that out the 3 recalls, 2/3 software updates were taken successfully and they would need until the morning to finish. Unfortunately, I'm giving Mirak Hyundai Service a zero-star review due to a poor experience, primarily because of the staff at the reception desk. During my last complimentary service, they wasted my trip three times, forcing me to drive back without getting my car serviced. The issue was that they booked my appointment too early each time, despite assuring me that they would service my car the next time.
