Took my GX in for a warranty TSB. They were able to schedule my visit quickly and easily. My service writer, Jeff Passa, was great to work with. The technician got the work done timely and the truck was returned in the perfect condition I left it with them in, but with the TSB completed. I’ll be a returning customer thanks to Jeff and the team.
In for my tire rotation. They let me know their were two recalls on my model and they took care of that as well. I reserved a Loaner while they worked on my car - this is at no charge. Friendly greeter and service staff. Always top notch treatment.

Disappointed with the service experience I took my 2019 Lexus RX450h to Lexus Dublin Service Department because it was making a loud noise when driving over 60 mph, plus a ringing (alarm-like) sound exactly at 67 mph. I explained all of this clearly to the service advisor. His response to the grinding noise was simply that my car had “too many miles” and that I should expect that kind of sound. I bought a vehicle from Noah, and everytime I reach out because of something he never responds back. Drove the vehicle 1 day after purchase and lights on the dash came on, I noticed the whole back panel missing. It’s a nice vehicle but spending 30k cash on a vehicle and then getting no answers after has left a bad taste and probably will never buy from here again.
