Always good service when I bring my vehicle there.
My 2022 Santa Fe had a transmission issue which Faulkner took care promptly, but just as important to me, was the service and courteousy I received from Steve, one of the members of their service team. He was awesome and very busy, but he answered either my phone calls or texts in a timely manner. My daughter had told me about Faulkner and she was right. Good service, good people.
A very long time, even with an appointment
Made an appointment and was taken right away, and Del, the service representative, explained everything
