Made an appointment for an entire month out. Was sent an email stating my service will take more than a few days and they have no loaner vehicles. The service requested is for an oil change and to diagnose a speaker rattle. Would love to know how they already know a month out that they will have no loaner vehicles and their shuttle service will not take me home. Guess I am supposed to sleep there at the dealership. **UPDATE They will also retaliate against you for leaving unfavorable reviews online. Within hours of posting this review I received a call directly from Mike Hewlett canceling my followup appointment to finish the warranty work on the one item that got covered for me as a "favor". Cedric was awesome in service. He told me it would take a little over an hour to put the battery in my vehicle and it was ready before. He stayed completely in touch with me as the battery was being ordered for my vehicle so that I wouldn't have to wait long whenever I got here. Lily, at the register, was very polite and friendly. Highly recommend this place for Quick Service
Drop your car and let it sit for a week to be looked at… make a appointment a week out to have it looked at that day… nope still going to sit for a week… insane for a dealership. Appears to be a trend here looking at reviews
My pickup sat at the dealership for 7 days so diagnostics could be run. I called and would get reports that they ran diagnostics but after being told they ordered a part, they said they hadn't run diagnostics. I told them I wanted my truck back but apparently panels had been removed to run diagnostics even though they hadn't run diagnostics? I feel I got the run around for 7 days when in the end there was nothing wrong. Next time I'll take my truck somewhere else.
