I could get over the missing valve cap and sticker on my windshield but over filling my oil over a quart....
Service Center: brought in our Maverick after some idiot dropped crap on the highway and we ran over a large roofing nail. We were loosing pressure fast. Gabus fit us in quickly, repaired the tire, suggested doing our oil change as it was due and gave our baby a bath. Always great service and friendly staff. Also had a chance to peak at vehicles on the lot and they look amazing. Especially the F-150 Lariat and Ford Bronco. PS: our salesman for two trucks is Todd Dishman, smooth both times
I had my Escape in for an oil change, I decided to do an oil change myself except I couldn't get the drain plug off due to it being way over torqued, wouldn't recommend taking it back for another one.
I’ve had my ford Explorer 12 years and fully trust the service dept who preform all maintenance on my vehicle including routine maintenance, brakes, tires. The hatch recently quit working and they made sure to have all parts on hand, schedule an appointment and the cost and time needed were exactly as quoted. The hatch works as it did when I first purchased the vehicle. I totally trust them to keep my vehicle working and highly recommend this dealer and their service dept.
I had a problem where my Mach e would not fast charge. Although they could not repair it right away for me, they went ahead and fully slow-charged it so I could get home. They did not charge me anything for the service. Thank you!
