I was very satisfied with the customer service I received here.. Working with Janelle was great I test drove a few cars that didn’t work for me and she then took time and had the used car manager find one for me at an auction. I came back and test drove it and bought it that same day.. I also left my garage door opener in my trade in and she made sure it was mailed to my house so I don’t have to drive an hour to go back and get it.. thank you Janelle for all your help! I love my new vehicle!!
We recently purchased 2 different vehicles from Stuckey Ford, both experiences were great, one was a 2013 Ford Escape and the other was a 2014 F-150 Crew Cab pickup. Jannell Wilt was our salesperson for the pickup, very good personal experience purchased less than 6 months ago and the Ford Escape was a year ago from Chuck who directed us to another salesman in the department. Both sales and service have been great. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
This is our 2nd vehicle purchased from Stuckey and again we were very Happy with our purchase. Hat's off to Jannell Wilt, for helping us with our purchase. Jannell took her time with us in helping us with making our decision. Another shout out to Jen in the finance department who had all the paper work ready for us to sign. Highly recommend Jannell if your looking for a vehicle and hopefully you get Jen in the finance department when all your signature's are needed. These two ladies were GREAT!!

Stuckeys was recommended to my husband and I. When we got there, everyone was very nice and helpful. The truck we looked at had some cosmetic damages and our sales representative (Jannell) got us a little bit of money taken off the price because of it! After buying my first used car there about a year and half ago on a recommendation, we decided my wife needed a different vehicle.
