George from sales assisted me in my trade from a 2011 ford fiesta to a 2012 Rav4 over 2 years ago. He took a picture with me and my purchase before leaving and kept in touch after our son was born. About a year after I bought it, the keys got stuck in the ignition. They were quick to get it in the shop without charge and gave me a rental until they diagnosed and fixed the problem.
