Let me start by saying I have leased 1 vehicle & bought 2 from Stuckey, & was always really happy with the service. Until last Saturday. We looked at a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander on Saturday evening. Test drove it, liked and and met with our sales associate to discuss our trade in and price. Left the dealership at 3 (to think over our decision and discuss our options from other dealerships). Called to let them know we would talk to them Monday to further discuss purchasing the vehicle. always willing to work with the customer and try to be flexible in order to meet the customer's needs. Adam polites was great to work with and went above and beyond even after the sell was done.
Hands down the absolute best sales guy at stuckeys Walt Babiak. After a bad experience with Brittany Thompson (horrible sales rep! didn't show us numbers didnt take the time to give us options, pretty short with us, just showed us pictures on the computer I could have done that at home.) a month or so prior and us thinking we were never going back, Walt actually worked with us got us numbers took the time to help us and we couldn't be happier with the experience.
Stuckey takes care of us. If we have a issue, they look at it immediately. We are very pleased.
