I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to Stuckey Ford. They seem like great people at first when you are buying from them. But when you start having issues with your vehicle it’s all down hill from there. The service department is a complete joke. They had my truck for 35 days and trying to get an update on it was like pulling teeth. They wouldn’t return my calls they actually even hung up one me for calling for an update. The truck actually ended up getting lemon lawed. RecommendedDrove in 4 hrs from the Finger Lakes in NY. Absolutely great service from AJ and Jennifer! A couple recalls needed to be finished and Aj made sure they were finished. Aj also took the initiative to wash truck himself before delivering to me. Well worth the 4 hr drive! In and out including making deal, recalls and detailing in 2 hrs! I would definitely recommend Stuckey to anybody that wants a great buying experience!
