Steve S in service was so very helpful today! I came in, needing some help getting my car programmed To my phone. They got me in right away and spent time troubleshooting to ensure that everything was set up and all my questions were answered. They did this all without an appointment, took their time and answered all my questions and I’m leaving As a very satisfied customer!
Came in needing a new battery. Mark Babcock gave excellent service. He took care of my issue very fast and went above and beyond for me. Very much appreciated, will be back for any other service needs.
I love this dealership, which are four words I never thought I'd say. Today I needed new wiper blades. I pulled into the service drive, went to the parts counter where Benjamin took care of me, then I handed them to Mark Babcock, who installed them in a few minutes. Oh, and he topped off my wiper fluid. Highly recommend Smart Honda Service.
