Mark Potter helped us calibrate our tires and add a phone to the Honda CR-V. We bought this 2025 vehicle in Sioux Falls two weeks ago and had concerns about the tires on the drive to Waukee. Mark was very helpful!
Steve replaced my battery in about 10 minutes. I just had to drive in the service check-in area and he replaced it right there. He explained the warranty to me and I was on my way. Very courteous and make you feel like your business is appreciated.
Today, June 23 26 I went to Smart Honda to have my rearview mirror repaired with no appointment since I live about an hour away and was very nervous about driving home. Mark came to my window and I explained the situation and he immediately got a technician who could help me. Scott got in my car and fixed it right away. Had my car serviced here for the first time and was extremely impressed. The team was quick, transparent about pricing before any work was performed, and even sent a video walk-around of my vehicle explaining the inspection results.
