Overall, New Motors Subaru has been one of the best service centers I've worked with. They usually have appointments relatively quickly, listen to concerns, and take care in their work. They have helped resolve issues that other Subaru service departments are unable or unwilling to properly diagnose. As a bonus, they have a huge fleet of loaners and I've never had an issue getting a loaner for service (other than an oil change, but honestly I understand why they don't want to give a loaner for every routine oil change that y... read more

Best experience I've ever had with a car repair/mechanic or dealer. Josh was amazing and so kind. The woman on the phone was also so considerate and treated me like family even though I was very stressed and scattered. I will be returning any time I need anything for my car and would recommend to anyone with a Subaru.
