I paid $175 for a diagnostic and they never really diagnosed the problem. Instead, they suggested replacing non-warranty parts at horrendously outrageous prices "to see if that fixes the problem." They even tried padding the bill by adding $83 for a rear window wiper blade that I never asked for nor had anything to do with my problem. This wasn't a diagnosis. This was a shakedown.
