I was told I would get a loaner vehicle wen I bought the car if it ever broke down with the warranty I bought the car based on this assurance and my car scheduled for service ..was no loaner available and tried to schedule a time wen one would be available no loaner .....so now I cant work ...I work out of my vehicle .2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz
My son recently purchased a brand new hybrid Hyundai and it had an issue with the radio (hmm) that caused the car to throw all sorts of system errors. New car but that happens. The issue here is that this dealer and the service department first could not see my son's car on a Friday. Happens but he works out of town Monday through Thursday so he made an appointment for the next Friday. Recently purchased an Ionic 5 EV which we are very happy with and booked it in to Bachman for a 5000 mile service and recall software update, only to have the visit cancelled and be told this location now has no staff who can service EV’s. For a manufacturer aiming for a major position in this emerging market that is a fatal issue for business growth. The next nearest Louisville dealer gave us a 2+ month wait time as they lack sufficient technicians.
