All 5 of the stars given are for Ms. Dara. She far exceeds the level of expectations on customer service. She is the entire reason I will only take my car to this location. I live literally 6 minutes away from the Dixie location, if that tells you anything. She gives it to you straight, answers any questions I have, and is just all around a great person. Whoever her boss is, you better hold on to this one. She carries the right attitude to work in a place like that.
I waited six weeks for an appointment to get my car worked on. Dropped it off at 8:30 in the morning. Called at four to check on it. Sorry we haven’t had time to work on it? Pick it up and make another appointment for another six weeks out. Won’t be back. Wasted my entire day plus the six weeks waiting for my appointment.

We drove sonata and engine died while driving. So we towed it to this hyundai. Because our car sonata has life time engine recall warranty due to extremely bad engine. So we requested engine inspection to get engine replacement. But Service advisor A lied that engine was already replaced in the past and he said you can only get one engine replacement.
