We drove sonata and engine died while driving. So we towed it to this hyundai. Because our car sonata has life time engine recall warranty due to extremely bad engine. So we requested engine inspection to get engine replacement. But Service advisor A lied that engine was already replaced in the past and he said you can only get one engine replacement. My son recently purchased a brand new hybrid Hyundai and it had an issue with the radio (hmm) that caused the car to throw all sorts of system errors. New car but that happens. The issue here is that this dealer and the service department first could not see my son's car on a Friday. Happens but he works out of town Monday through Thursday so he made an appointment for the next Friday.
