Typically I go over to Apple Ford (Apple Valley); but they didn't get back to me this time for whatever reason. So I ended up reaching out to Apple Ford (Shakopee) who responded promptly to help me with new truck tires. Daniel H was great to work with and followed up with thorough detail every time. Warranties are not what the seem to be - bought 70k new truck and a 7k warranty little over a year ago. Had it in a few times for vibrations, front air dam, lane guidance, and now AC unit. Apparently the compressor is bad and there are no replacement parts in the country and no longer manufacturing the one that the truck originally had. Still have same issues as always and now no AC in the middle of summer with no known date on a replacement part - no loner vehicle offered so I'm forced to rent or buy another truck as I use ... read more
