Always a great place to get fast reliable service
Just had another great experience with AV Ford service dept. My service writer Ross Stigsell who is the best, especially when answering all my questions and understanding my weird concerns I tend to come up with. Technician Paul Moore did a very thorough and excellent job repairing my Shelby F150, which included a front prop shaft replacement and in their detailed inspection found a front crank seal leak. The service department needs to work on their communication. This has happened to me twice now where their service dept reaches out to me to schedule service and they screw it up. Waited for 40 minutes for them to pick my car up. Call into service and now they can’t get my car because of their screw up. On top of that, they are so condescending when you express your frustration with them.
Wonderful experience- excellent communication and the work was perfect!
