I had a very frustrating experience with this Ford dealership and would strongly caution others before bringing their vehicle in for service. I initially brought my vehicle in for what I believed was a leak that may have been caused during prior work. I was told they would “take a look at it,” which reasonably implies a basic inspection or at minimum clear communication about any potential charges. Highly recommend Apple Collision & Glass in Lakeville - fantastic service, quality work, excellent communication along the way. My car was even cleaned inside and smelled great when I got it back!
Good experience. Car repair looks good and availability was quick. Repair took longer than I had hoped but otherwise no issue.
