Do not go with this company. Management does not take care of their employees, and the onboarding Supervisor gives the new staff the answers to the field readiness exam, which doesn't help new hires learn the field work at all, and all the higher ups congratulate the new hires for getting a 100% score on the exam, as if we actually worked hard to pass lol! My son has always benefited from having a SAMS case worker.
I have been contacting them since July 6, 2022 and it is now 8/10/22. I have called them multiple times and sent in 2 referrals from my psychiatrist and they say I will call you back and NEVER does. I was begging for help, no wonder there is so many problems with mental health. I will just keep suffering because I don't know what else to do.
Met a lady named Rebecca Matthew's at a York city job fair she told me she could help me texted back and forth on the phone but called for a week straight and she will not call me back what a huge disappointment
