The service wasn?t able to remove the area in question. They didn?t charge me. Nice to know there are still nice people in the world. I will definitely call again. The above comments meant a lot.
1st Windows tried to clean up an oil spill of about 6 quarts of oil in a parking garage. 1st attempt did not produce good results. 1st Windows volunteered to come back a 2nd time to clean the spill. 2nd attempt was much better. Kirk, the manager, did a great job communicating before and after the job.
