Came to our location. They are not upfront about their charges. Charged 349!to come out and tell me my unit is dirty. 10 min later it stopped working. After that they changed a thermostat and one cable and charged $537. But the sneaky part is they charged it in the following visit for a cleaning. There not upfront on their charges. They won’t give you an analytical bill hourly charge. Basically they charge whatever they feel like. Strongly suggest you find another company
Cannot recommend them enough! Our Tech, John, came out same day, did a thorough inspection and was able to point out the problem for us. Extremely friendly, answered every question I had on what happened, what’s being fixed and how we can run our unit better.
Dave was friendly and honest about our needs. Randy and Pete were on time, courteous, friendly and professional. Great experience!
I made an appointment around 5:30 am. By 10:45 a service tech was out here. Less than 45 minutes start to finish. Replaced a blower motor. Highly recommend Service 1.
Quick and professional, helped clear my clogged sewer line the same day when I called. Tech helped teach my some maintenance as well. Recommend them!
