Servicad has been our IT Support for many years. Their service is excellent and everything is resolved in the appropriate time frame. I highly reccommend Servicad.
Microsoft Office Issue: Call the support desk and dealt with Armando on the issue. Extremely supportive. Identified the issue quickly then stayed on while everything was loaded and checked to ensure everything was working correctly. At the end took the time to show me a few tips and trick so I could resolve the issue if it occurs again. Great job Armando!
