We booked Servers with a Smile for wedding day coordination and wedding decor rentals for our September 2025 wedding. It's taken us a long time to write this review because of how conflicted we are about the service. We will start by saying the coordinators we had day-of were amazing. Very helpful and accommodating! A great choice for party rentals
We rented items from Servers With A Smile for our wedding and had an extremely disappointing experience. Our contract clearly stated a return date, but at pickup, we were told we could not return the items on that date. The company promised an alternative date and time, yet no one ever reached out. We called to try to get a hold of someone and were not able to reach anyone until two days later. Servers with a smile is phenomenal! From start to finish, we worked with them for our wedding at Roseville Estate and they helped find our vision, they executed and brought the vision to life better than I could have ever dreamed. The decor for the entire venue was amazing!! They got terracotta roses, which were not an easy find!! They set-up and took down all of the decor. We worked with Sarah for day of coordination for our wedding. She was amazing to work with. Day of set up was done beautifully and she was on top of everything. Truly helped with us being able to just enjoy the moment and know that everything was being taken care of!
