I had a consultation booked with them on March 31st at 10:45am. I arrived on time and no one was there, the store appeared to be closed, no one answering door or phone and lights off, despite the fact they are supposed to be open at 10am. I took the day off work to make it to this consultation for no one to show up. We met these ladies at the KW Expo and were instantly impressed by their beautiful products and designs, and by how friendly they were. It's taken us a long time to write this review because of how conflicted we are about the service. We will start by saying the coordinators we had day-of were amazing.
