We met these ladies at the KW Expo and were instantly impressed by their beautiful products and designs, and by how friendly they were. We booked Servers with a Smile for wedding day coordination and wedding decor rentals for our September 2025 wedding. It's taken us a long time to write this review because of how conflicted we are about the service. We will start by saying the coordinators we had day-of were amazing. Very helpful and accommodating! A great choice for party rentals
We rented items from Servers With A Smile for our wedding and had an extremely disappointing experience. Our contract clearly stated a return date, but at pickup, we were told we could not return the items on that date. The company promised an alternative date and time, yet no one ever reached out. We called to try to get a hold of someone and were not able to reach anyone until two days later.
