We chose Servers With A Smile to rent our wedding decor, venue set up and venue tear down services. Our meetings with Rebecca Gondosch were fantastic. She is amazing at her job and will give you tons of options for your special day. I am deducting one star due to the lack of communication in the few weeks leading up to the wedding date. My husband and I rented multiple decorative pieces as well as all of our charger items from Servers With a Smile for our wedding. Rebecca and her team are super helpful and made working with them a great experience. From choosing our charger pieces to selecting from their larger rentals, Rebecca was extremely helpful through the entire process, along with giving us lots of wedding tips and tricks from her experience as a wedding planner. Had a great experiene with Servers with a Smile for day-of coordination. I had two coordinators for my wedding, Sarah and Alex and they truly kept the train on the track. They asked important questions, advocated for my ideas and brought hype energy all day. My only wish is that I booked them to stay longer. Worth the money!!
Fairly disappointed. Like another review on here, I arrived on time for my 1-hour consultation, only to find the doors locked, lights off, and no one answering my call. This is after I confirmed my appointment and received plenty of reminders beforehand, including the day-of. So of course, I went in thinking everything was on schedule. Absolutely blown away by the day of coordinators! We had Sarah and Alex and they were absolutely incredible. The day was perfect and stress-free thanks to them. I could not have asked for a better day and I truly believe it’s because they did so much hard work behind the scenes, ensuring everything once smoothly.
