SECOND UPDATE: Back to a one star and wishing zero were possible. After it was confirmed that my MS treatment would be covered, I received a denial letter that stated that it wasn't medically necessary. Since I have MS, MS treatment isn't medically necessary, apparently. Make it make sense! Apparently I have to try and fail two other things, none of which my neurologist even suggested as options. Great mail order pharmacy
UPDATE: I received a call from Mr. Jay Johnstone at ServeYou Rx. He was concerned, professional, and patient. We discussed the basis for the denial, and since I confirmed my doctor is stopping one of my prescriptions, he's going to reach out to their clinical team and have the prescription that was previously denied (Ajovy) expedited and call me back when it's done. Leaving one star because it won't permit zero. This company seems to pride itself on denying necessary medications that are prescribed by board-certified specialists. It's reasonable to trust an MD who has actually seen you and made a decision based on your own medical history as to which treatment is appropriate. It is completely unreasonable to have an entire company devoted to rejecting proper medical decision making without any scientifically/medically/pharmaceutically supported basis for their decisions.
