Today my son was hired at Fareway in Pleasant Hill. So, of course, it was a perfect time to open a checking account him. But just how was I going to do that? Last week I was working with Jordan Dean and Myranda Karnowski on getting a loan to purchase my leased car. Yesterday I completely flaked on that idea and went and leased a new car instead. I feel bad that I have ditched these women that were working for me. So I wanted everyone to know that they have worked hard and given me excellent customer service. Place has become a joke! Service is no longer a word here! All about adding new members rather than serving the ones who started the Des Moines Police Officers Credit Union.
Wonderful people always want to help and very strong in being financial sound.
Ever since they changed the name and merged, this credit union has gone downhill fast. Been a member for over 25 years and will now be closing my account and changing credit union. I’ve gone here for all my loans and sad to go. Way to ruin a great place.
