Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Servco to my friends and family. I agreed to all of the recommended courses of actions equating to over $2300 in parts and labor and giving up my vehicle for two weeks. As a result, the problem that I came in to get fixed was not fixed, and now I have errors that I didn’t have before I brought the truck in to be looked at. I came in on 30 September to have my car checked to see if it might qualify under the turbocharger replacement notice, but unfortunately my experience with the service advisor was disappointing. From the beginning, it felt like he didn’t genuinely want to help me.
