Had an appointment at 10:45am for a service that takes an hour. Received my car back at 3:30pm to be told they couldn’t do the service but still had to pay the base fee. On the invoice a brake fluid replacement is being recommended. This service was done 2 weeks ago. How is it due? Did you test for moisture or copper? Apparently not or it wouldn’t have been recommended. When the vehicle was returned the brake light is on and wasn’t when I dropped the vehicle off. Trust is #1 and I no longer can trust.
Fast friendly service at parts, picked up part so easy
I stopped by Servco Chevrolet in Waipahu recently, arriving in my own C7 Z06 and heading straight toward a C8 Z06 on the showroom floor. Any dealership should treat interest in their inventory seriously especially a vehicle of that stature, yet no one greeted me, acknowledged me, offered assistance, or even a bottle of water despite multiple employees being visible at the front desk right by the entrance that I literally just walked by.
