I made an appointment for wheel alignment with shuttle service. I received email reminders several days before the appointment date and on the morning of appointment date. Reminders were very helpful. Reid was my service manager and he lined up everything and explained the process. I caught the shuttle to go home, and in the afternoon, the driver called me to tell me that my truck was done and he was on his way to pick me up. He brought me back to the dealership, I paid my bill, and was on my way. Everything went smoothly!

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Servco to my friends and family. I agreed to all of the recommended courses of actions equating to over $2300 in parts and labor and giving up my vehicle for two weeks. As a result, the problem that I came in to get fixed was not fixed, and now I have errors that I didn’t have before I brought the truck in to be looked at.
