buying a car - service was phenomenal. felt so at ease for such a costly life decision. when it comes to servicing it is an entirely different story. agents are so hit or miss and constantly offer the excuse "we are backed up". sitting in the customer service lounge brings up the feeling that service experience is contingent on who you know. this is not the first time that we've set appointments and they've kept the car for an ENTIRE day with zero communication initiated on their end and just presents confusion and frustrati... read more

Thank you for convincing me to trade in my car to anything but a Toyota, 2 hours and 15 minutes I had to wait for an oil change in a cold miserable waiting room with TVs that are deafening just to pay way too much for a bare minimum oil change. Other dealerships at least give you an inspection sheet showing what they did and the condition of your car not here nope just overpriced waste of my time, after paying I had to wait another 15 minutes just for them to bring me my keys because they lost them.
