I own a tile shop and I deal with different trades all the time and know it’s not easy to find good reliable guys that you can trust. Horacio communicated what he would do and he did it. When he said he would be there, he was there. He even came out 2 extra times because the parts I bought were missing or defected. He also installed my sensowash duravit bidet which was a challenge but he figured it out. I highly recommend Horacio.

Horacio is the absolute best residential and commercial plumber I've ever worked with. The quality of his work is outstanding, he's responsive and professional. He has repiped my house, my office and worked for a number of friends on my recommendation without a single complaint. Serrano's is always my first call for anything plumbing.
