Bella hall di entrata, in un bell'edificio. Camere piccole, ma pulite. Ottima posizione, molto centrale, perfetta per visitare San Francisco. Alcuni problemi iniziali alla reception, poi risolti parlando con il responsabile. Molto felici di aver scelto l'opzione con prima colazione: piatti curati e servizio super-gentile da parte di Brian e Maria.

We checked into this hotel yesterday and lasted less than 20 minutes before deciding we could not stay. We had originally booked two nights, but the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. As soon as we entered, we noticed the air conditioning wasn't working. There was hair in the bed, a large stain on the floor next to the bed, dust everywhere, and the carpet was dirty and badly worn.
