They do not protect pt med records. They allow friends and people outside the office to be in rooms with pts even if the pt asks not to. They talk terribly about pt they do not like behind their backs. At one point the nurse and lab tech were giving themselves drips while pt in office. They google to diagnose issues. Extremely disappointed with Dr. Lisa’s attitude and professionalism. From the start, she was very unwelcoming and dismissive. She completely ignored all of my wife’s questions during the visit, showing zero interest in addressing her concerns. Later, when she called with blood work results, she rushed through the call and hung up in less than 50 seconds—no explanation, no opportunity to ask anything. It felt like we were an inconvenience to her. Definitely would not recommend.
Although I enjoy the NP, I did not enjoy the attitude of the receptionist, Amy. Any time I’ve called in to reschedule and she’s answered, she always has an attitude. Same attitude I get when I ask for anything from her. She comes across as lazy and as if it’s bothersome to ask of anything from her. I love the place, not a fan of her.
Serrano Family Practice has helped me tremendously! It’s the best place to be !
