Dr. Serrano needs to learn to be more compassionate and empathetic. She does not have these qualities. She's arrogant and does not listen to anything you tell her. I have had many difficulties transitioning into civilian life. I will unequivocally say that Doc Serrano is a valuable asset to the VA system that has helped me move a step in the right direction.
