I have been working with Luis for three years now and I can't recommend him highly enough. His knowledge of Quickbooks, and bookkeeping in general, is incredible. Luis is friendly, easy to deal with, and explains his work in a clear and easy to understand way. His ability to identify past mistakes and clean up my accounting has given me peace of mind that everything is in order with my business.
Needed some QuickBooks assessment and cleanup. Luis was quick, professional and on point. Will be using Serrano Bookkeeping again.
Luis and his team are extremely professional and helpful. We've felt supported throughout the entire process of getting our books clean. They've provided the tools to maintain them and also jumped on a call to go over specific questions. Can't recommend them enough.
Luis was very quick to jump right in and help solve our Quickbooks issue that seemed impossible to figure out! His expertise is very much appreciated! Thank you, Luis!
books cleaned up and ready to go within 48 hours. holy cow!
