Great price and awesome location I have lived in Serrano for the last two years. It is in a fabulous location if you are looking to be near the center of the Irvine/ Tustin Ranch border and near the high school ( Beckman High). The property management team is extremely responsive and the community is kept in excellent shape!

Meh The office is unstable. Sometimes they are great and sometimes they are useless. There is construction going on right now and has been going on for the past year. It is so loud and uncomfortable to live here.
Terrible management I'm already leaving in an Irvine Company Community and intended to move to Serrano to be closer to the high school for next year. We met Garrett which has been really help full and pleasant. We finally got the apartment we have been looking for a year, first floor apartment really hard to get. So we signed the offer to hold it and paid for that $290. Irvine Company Serrano Grounds are very well kept. Pools areas are nice and clean. Maintenance response times are excellent. It's a little expensive but everything in Irvine/south Orange County is expensive. I think all units have laundry inside the apt which was a requirement for me. I pay $1835/month ( utilities) for a 1bed/1bath a den. Interior trim is pretty basic, Formica countertops, linoleum and carpet on the floors which means no granite and hardwoods like some newer places have. First, the location is great. Being right next to Irvine/Tustin Marketplace is convenient as you have all the shops you need right next door. Great complex in Orange County Great complex in OC. Close to amenities and the 5 freeway. Fast and friendly maintenance staff. Grounds are well kept. Pools are great. Neighbors are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. Handy dry cleaning service pick up and drop off at the leasing office. I've lived here for 2 years and would recommend it.

First Apartment; First Review This is my first apartment I've rented. I went for the 1 bedroom 1 bath option. It's pricey, but that's what you can expect with Irvine. My apartment came with a kitchen, gas stove, a little patio/balcony, in unit washer and dryer, and a garage space for one car. It's also a gated community. Utilities are separate. Water and trash is set up by the housing office. You have to have SoCal Gas and Edison to set up your gas and electricity accounts and read the meters. Internet and TV is wired for Co... read more
