Gabe, who’s helped me over multiple visits now, has been consistently dependable. He listens to my concerns, keeps me updated, and goes above and beyond every visit. As ever, Alfredo De La Cruz and the entire service team were-are amazing! I've bought 2 vehicles from Serramonte VW (Tiguans...2012 and 2019) and have only ever taken them to be serviced at the dealership. Why? Outstanding attention to detail, fair pricing, and expert work!
People here are really nice, I've gotten reminder calls about necessary repairs and services, which i have found very helpful. They have a courtsey ride service so you dont have to wait at the dealership for your repairs. I appreciate Serramonte VW!
