Colma Volkswagen service center is excellent. Specially Gabe , service center advisor went out of his way to make sure my VW Gti is fine , after I had a check engine light, I took my Gti to Colma Volkswagen.. mechanic did run the full diagnostic and found that earlier garage I had visited recently had replaced with after market parts .. Everyone was very helpful and kept me informed of what was going on when I brought my car in to be serviced. I really appreciate the quick turnaround of getting my car back.
The VW service department is the best. I came in with a complicated key problem and actually got same day service. They were honest about the possible outcomes, as I used independent locksmiths and they weren’t able to program the key The dealer programmed the key no problem though. I will always use the dealer for key/ lock problems. The guys are friendly, funny, professional and thorough.
