Great customer service. Supper friendly staff.
If you want to purchase a VW, do yourself a huge favor and go to Dirito Bros in Walnut Creek. The drive is absolutely worth it. This dealership has the absolute worst customer service. As soon as they have your money customer service and empathy go completely out the window. Avoid at all costs.
The service was great—staff were friendly, explained everything clearly, and the whole process was smooth. I felt confident leaving my car here.
Shout out to Rick and the service crew/techs for being the only people who aren't wholly incompetent and being the one part of my experience that wasn't completely horrible. The rest of you could seriously use some lessons from them on how to deal with customers. Getting new tires was a debacle. Service was slammed and understaffed, so it took way too long to get my tires installed (two full days, picked up my car on the third).
