Do not get your car serviced here. My saga with these jokers started with an oil leak on my 2012 Outback. It started with a little burning oil smell, but had progressed to something of a smoking, burning mess. I was at 58k miles, so I figured I'd bring it in before the powertrain warranty expired. The model that I was looking for that day was already sold out. So Jordan asked me how he can make me happy because I was frustrated that the model of the subaru was not available anymore. He offered me the outback and said that he will give me a good price. When I saw the price, I asked him he can lower the price. I got an additional $200 off from the price that he gave to me so I made a deal and got the outback. So very grateful to Jordan who helped me that day. More power to agent like him.

Got me into the dealership on false pretenses saying that had a vehicle they had sold, kept me in to dealership by saying they could get another one, charged me $1000 for delivering a vehicle from another dealership and didn't tell me they were driving it 90 miles, and sold me my WRX with a faulty clutch and when it went out 3 weeks in blamed me. I love my car to death, but please do not support this dealership. This happened to me almost a year ago and I'm still pretty upset over how I was treated.

1st time at Serramonte was not expecting to have good service as I did not have very good at Stevens creeK. From the moment I got there I was provided with great service. Jared checked me in and was attentive the whole time. I came in for a schedule service but when I mention an issue I was having with my navigation system he said he would have it checked for me.
