Eric, the salesman, was great. Very friendly, attentive, but never really went to bat for us. The sales/business manager(s) - the opposite. Don't listen, unhelpful. Like the review from Feb. 11, 2015, I went in with exactly what I wanted and using online resources to value the car. The managers wouldn't hear it from us and we walked right out the door after wasting our night rushing over there. Guess that's how service goes when you have the volume to not care.
