Really happy with my experience at Serramonte Ridge Apartment Homes. The community is clean, peaceful, and well maintained, and the apartments have a comfortable feel. The location is convenient with shopping and everyday essentials close by. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and I’ve had a positive experience here. Definitely a place I’d recommend!

Maintenance personnel Joe did a great job following through with the issues brought to his attention promptly. Joe was also respectful of my living space and had no problems giving a debrief on the work done and updating me accordingly on future work that will be done in my apartment home. Appreciate this!!
I lived here the last 4 years and the maintenance personnel did a fantastic job ensuring everything was in working order. Big shout out to Joe who has been great at keeping this place in tip top shape
We’ve been here for 2 years now and love it. It has great amenities for being close to the city. And any maintenance issue is always resolved ASAP without fuss or making me feel like an inconvenience - Joe comes out almost every time to where my dog loves him lol
