A little after 1pm on Tuesday, 2/4 I heard water gushing down in the bathroom. It was coming from the apartment above. I immediately went to the management office. I was lucky to run into Joe from the maintenance team. I explained what was going on and he said he would be right up to my apartment. In less than 10 minutes, Joe arrived and assessed the issue. My wife and I arrived on time for our scheduled tour, but the office was closed. The person inside didn’t greet us, ask our names, or check our appointment — we were simply dismissed. This was unprofessional and disrespectful of our time. If this is how new customers are treated, it raises serious concerns about how residents might be treated when issues arise.
My husband and I arrived on time for our scheduled tour, only to be told that the office was closed. The person in the office didn’t greet us, didn’t ask our names, and didn’t check the appointment — he just dismissed us. This was extremely unprofessional. As new potential customers, we expected at least basic courtesy. Instead, we were treated like our time didn’t matter at all. If this is how prospective residents are treated, I can’t imagine what the experience is like after moving in. Very disappointing.
