Recently bought a used car from here. During negotiations, I was adamant I didn’t want a term over 72 months. Eventually, a 72 month term was agreed, and I went off to sign the paperwork. Paperwork was thrust in front of me without real explanation. When it came to the warranty, a big selling point was the 7 year warranty would outlast my loan by a year. I signed and was happy. The used car department at Serremonte Ford is corrupt. Make you sure you receive all of your money prior to releasing the vehicle at the time of sale. Dealer failed to pay off my car loan after 2 weeks of supposed purchase. Damaging credit! Using my credit as a bridge loan to sell the car to the next buyer is not the way to conduct business. (Slow walked the process) Next action lawsuit!
Went in for an oil change/ tire rotation to the serramonte ford dealership. After receiving the car back from the dealer I noticed the tires weren't rotated. The one way I knew was I had a flat tire the month before I took my car in so I purchased a different brand tire. It was the rear passenger tire that had a flat and after the "tire rotation" it was still in the same spot as when I left my car.
