This is for the service department. I've called 3 times to get a quote and someone keeps picking up the phone and purposely hanging up. Super unprofessional!
My service advisor kept me informed all day long. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. My car had all the services it needed done in a timely fashion. Also, my car was clean when it was returned. Additionally, for my pick-up at home in the afternoon, my service advisor arranged for me so I did not need to place another call. In short. Excellent service by all. Thanks to the technician. The service advisor. And to both courtesy drivers. I'll be back when I need another service.
