My service advisor was on the phone with a customer so another advisor checked me out. He didn’t go over any of the recommendation notes from the mechanic. Also did not have my tires inflated. They were the same as when I dropped my car off so now I’m wondering if my tires were rotated.
“Certified” means nothing here Bought a Certified Used 2021 Kia Sportage from Winn Kia Fremont on Nov 19, 2025. On Jan 24, 2026, after getting gas, the car wouldn’t start. Battery tested at ONLY 5 volts. A certified car should never be sold with a failing battery. This shows poor inspection and zero quality control. Very disappointing and unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust their “certified” vehicles.
Excellent service. Professional, informative and polite
For the most part, it was a great experience. They were quick and professional, and I feel like everything was completed. There were a couple of things that I did not get, such as information about whether I need new tires or brakes. They did not inform me about that.
