The Volvo service has been exceptional. Bobby always exceeds my expectations. He always checks to see if my problem is covered by warranty and the car is always washed when I pick it up. I'm very satisfied with the service I get.
Bobby is very attentive to his customer’s car concerns, taking time to analyze exactly what’s going on so he can recommend the best course of action. He does so with a sensitivity to the customer’s budget, but always with a view of their safety in mind.
Bobby, the service manager at Serra is awesome to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and goes out of his way to understand your needs. I found Bobby to be trustworthy and he really did all he could to assist me in keeping the parts and labor as affordable as he could, giving a Senior, Veteran discount etc. He won me over and I'm sticking with Serra.
