VW service was great. It took time to get my part in for repair, so John hooked me up with a new VW loaner until services could be completed. John also makes my car service needs a breeze. Thank you John and Serra!

We love our 2016 VW Dune Beetle and 1974 VW Camper Van. So glad we don't have to drive 2 1/2 hours to Grand Rapids for service. John Fyfe at Serra VW in Traverse City is awesome - the old traverse city VW dealership was worse than horrible. Keep up the good work!
