So far having a bad experience with this dealership. Yesterday, I contacted them about a recall on my vehicle and was asked if I could get in the following day because I live 2 hours away from this location but would be in town most the day. They then asked if I would be adding a chargeable service to the appointment and I responded no- then was told I would get a call back that same day about possible appointment times for the following day.
