2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend The collision center was great, but when it went over to the service department for a recall, it seemed to me that they were trying to get me to do work that was unnecessary. Such as replacing air filters that I had just checked and knew were okay...among some other questionable recommendations. It kind of felt like they were trying to take advantage, and I was pretty put off.
