Kevin Clous took fantastic care of us when our Highlander needed repairs. He went above and beyond to help us get our repairs covered by a 3rd party warranty. It was completely unexpected and massively appreciated. He was very communicative throughout the process and the repairs happened quickly once they were approved. He was awesome!

Serra Toyota and Dan were great. Dan was patient with us as we debated on what car to buy and when. We made some agreements along the way and Dan remembered them and they were included without a second word from me. It is great to work with someone that you can trust and follows through. I look forward to working with Dan again in the future, after I save enough money for the next purchase. Serra is quickly becoming my goto organization for anything related to our cars.
