I’m just in the process of getting my car repaired at Serra, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service. I’ve never taken my vehicle to a dealership in the past, and I was really happy with their communication and transparency. I believe the repair quote that they gave me was absolutely fair and honest, they discussed every detail with me, they were patient and kind — and I’m excited to have them fix my car. I’ve been working with Sam, and he’s been awesome!

I was thrilled to go buy a new Land Cruiser anywhere else than Serra. Why? Great question, I'll tell you why. A few years ago we purchased a brand new Toyota 4-Runner from Serra. After leaving the dealership my wife hit a deer a mere 11 miles from the dealership. The damage kept the tire from spinning so she was stuck. I was 2.5 hours from there at the time and she was on the side of the highway with my 6 year old daughter. Both were scared.
