We had the alternator fail on our Nissan Murano and brought it into the dealership where Rachel is employed. When told of the problem , she informed us that it may be very difficult to locate a new one and that it could take possiby months to tract one down. But she would do her best. But I have worked with Rachel before on other problems with our car and she has never disappointed me.
