Rachel is very friendly and professional!!
We had the alternator fail on our Nissan Murano and brought it into the dealership where Rachel is employed. When told of the problem , she informed us that it may be very difficult to locate a new one and that it could take possiby months to tract one down. But she would do her best. But I have worked with Rachel before on other problems with our car and she has never disappointed me. Very accommodating. Helped get me in for last minute service, and they were able to get a part and deliver it to me two hours away.
I arrived 10 min before my appt time, I was checked in almost immediately, and job done in 30 min. Very happy. Great team at Serra Nissan Traverse City. Rachel is always such a great help!
