Forget trying to set up an appointment for your kid because all you will get is lady after lady putting you on hold. It's like no one wants to do a simple task like setting up an appointment. I mean how many times I'm a going to be put on hold before someone schedules me a simple appointment!! I got put on hold 4 different times and let me say this I am a very patient person but when they lack the most common courtesy is when I have a problem.
