Dwain in service department was condescending when speaking to him about an oil change. This dealership makes it difficult when compared to other dealerships to get oil changes on your vehicle. Wait times of over a day. I recommend taking your Honda to another dealership for any service needs. Dwain our service representative has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable: called Dwain from Colorado and he got my radio working again; needed help with front left side of car and he fixed it; and he fixed rubber insert on my left door. Trust Dwain with anything that has to do with our two Hondas!
